Orders placed after February 2nd are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at any time before the conference. Please note that any transfers or new orders made after February 2nd will have a printed label on their badge rather than a pre-printed name. Preferred T-shirt sizing is not guaranteed after February 2nd.
